Sono note le chiusure per calzature provviste di uno scafo rigido, come quelle impiegate negli scarponi da sci. Esse, generalmente, si compongono di almeno due elementi, da un lato, un braccio leva, impegnato su un lembo dello scafo dello scarpone, con relativo tirante che a sua volta impegna un mezzo di presa costituito dall'anello o dalla linguetta, dall'altro una rastrelliera o l'anello dipendendo in tal caso dal· primo tipo di aggancio, unita sul contrapposto lembo del medesimo scafo. Più in particolare, la leva interagente con una rastrelliera così come la cooperazione leva-tirante-anello, sono dei componenti delle chiusure, noti da tempo, ed attualmente proposti nelle più svariate soluzioni le quali vanno dalla semplice modifica nel design all’utilizzo di materiali innovativi. Tutte comunque, sono accomunate da alcune caratteristiche tecniche imprescindibili, quali soprattutto il fatto che vengono stabilmente ancorate allo scarpone essendo fulcrate mediante l'interposizione di una basetta o staffa di ancoraggio rivettata sul lembo dello scafo dello scarpone da richiudere, o alternativamente, direttamente sullo scafo, potendo essere prevista una precipua conformazione del componente la quale preveda una zona convenientemente finalizzata al fissaggio. CLAIMS 1. Lever hook with intermediate loosening device, particularly for closing sports shoes, comprising a lever (1) pivoted to a flap of the shoe, which lever (1) moves a tie rod (2), which cooperates with a means (4-5), the latter being engageable to a reciprocal retaining means anchored on the flap opposite to the previous one, of the shoe to be closed again, characterized by the fact that the tie rod (2) is joined to the gripping means (4- 5), by interposing an eccentric connection lever (3).

Lever hook with intermediate loosening device, according to claim 1, characterized in that the lever (3), being eccentric, has two fulcrums, respectively (33) and (34), the first of which (33) to pivot the lever (3) to the gripping means (4-5), the second (34) to pivot the end of the tie rod (2) to the lever (3).

Lever hook with intermediate loosening device, according to claims 1. and 2., characterized in that the lever (3) is a monolithic body, comprising on one side an appendix (31) followed on the opposite side by a portion (32) in correspondence with which two transverse holes are made, respectively (33) and (34) to which correspond as many fulcrums.

8. Lever hook with intermediate loosening device, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the tie rod (2) is joined by the interposition of a lever (3), a gripping means (4-5), comprising a metal ring (5) joined to the support means (4).

Lever hook with intermediate loosening device, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the support means (4) consists of a cover, which covers the extrados of the ring (5), said cover (4) creating a perimeter seat, inside which the ring (5) is partially housed, which on one side (51) protrudes to engage the corresponding rack, on the other (52) is anchored with the ends to the rear portion (41) of the cover (4) in a convenient receptacle.
