Descrizione del nodello di utilità, avente per titolo
"OMBRELLO GONFIABILE IN PVC".
Si tratta di un "ombrello gonfiabile" da bambini e adulti, sia a fiato che meccanicamente con una bomboletta ad aria compressa.
Viene eseguito in pvc e può avere svariate dimensioni. Si compone di un telo, di un elemento centrale gonfiabile e di alcuni elementi a raggio anche gonfiabili e collegati all'elemento centrale.
Tale modello può definirsi nuovo dal punto di vista della praticità nel trasporto e della sicurezza specie nel caso dei bambini, o in caso di vento.
Può essere di svariati colori e rappresentare logo e scritte di qualsiasi genere.
Il modello è illustrato nella tavola denominata -1-, allegata, che rappresenta il modello in sezione e pianta.
È composto da quattro elementi fondamentali denominati: A. elemento gonfiabile in pvc che funge da sostegno verticale al quale sono collegati gli elementi B;
B. elemento gonfiabile ad arco, collegato all'elemento A, in pvc che funge da sostegno per il tendalino C; C. tendalino in pvc che funge da copertura allo scheletro formato dagli elementi gonfiabili A e B; D. valvola di gonfiaggio in pvc posta all'estremità inferiore dell'elemento gonfiabile A.

- RIVENDICAZIONI 1.elemento gonfiabile in pvc, denominato A che funge da sostegno verticale; 2.elemento gonfiabile in pvc ad arco,denominato B collegato all'elemento A, che funge da sostegno per il tendalino sottodescritto; 3.tendalino in pvc, denominato C che funge da copertura allo scheletro formato dagli elementi gonfiabili A e B; 4.valvola di gonfiaggio in pvc, denominata D posta all'estremità inferiore dell'elemento gonfiabile A.
