L’apparato in oggetto trova valido impiego nel settore dei banchi, refrigerati o meno, destinati alla vendita al dettaglio di alimenti quali carne, formaggi, pasticcini, ecc.. The apparatus in question is validly used in the sector of counters, refrigerated or not, intended for the retail sale of foods such as meat, cheeses, pastries, etc.

Come noto, i banchi e le vetrine per la vendita di prodotti alimentari hanno sempre delle lastre, in vetro o materiale plastico, vincolate in maniera diversa a telai sorretti da montanti, che hanno lo scopo di isolare gli alimenti contenuti negli stessi dall’ambiente esterno. Le lastre poste dal lato cliente sono spesso molto grandi e conseguentemente pesanti. Sono conosciuti diversi sistemi per movimentare tali lastre ma i più diffusi sono quello di asportarle dai loro telai ed appoggiarle a terra oppure quello di incernierarle sul lato superiore od inferiore ed utilizzare appositi pistoni a gas o molle per accompagnarne i movimenti verticali. La terza guida, anch’essa con base orizzontale, è situata ad un livello più basso nel profilato superiore e più alto nel profilato inferiore. Scopo del trovato in oggetto è quello di mettere a disposizione degli utilizzatori un apparato, sfruttante il sistema di movimentazione di cui al brevetto per invenzione depositato con il N° TS97A000005 sopra menzionato, il quale sia dotato di minor complessità costruttiva. Un conseguente scopo è quello di ridurre i costi, ed i conseguenti tempi, di produzione e di manutenzióne dei banchi e vetrine destinate alla vendita di prodotti alimentari fabbricate secondo il predetto sistema. Questi ed altri scopi vengono raggiunti dall’apparato per la movimentazione trasversale e longitudinale di vetri scorrevoli oggetto del presente brevetto, il quale viene utilizzato su banchi e vetrine aventi lastre in vetro od altro materiale disposte dal lato cliente fra un profilato portante superiore ed un profilato inferiore. A differenza di quanto descritto nel brevetto depositato con il N° TS97A000005 nelle due guide parallele ad andamento longitudinale realizzate nel piano orizzontale posto a livello superiore del profilato superiore e nel piano orizzontale inferiore del profilato inferiore scorrono longitudinalmente dei carrelli a sfera portante. CLAIMS 1 - Apparatus for the transversal and longitudinal handling of sliding glass for counters and display cases intended for the sale of food products, in which the sheets (1, 2) of glass or other material, regardless of their number, move longitudinally from the customer side between a bearing upper section (3) and a lower section (4); the upper profile (3) is supported by uprights at its ends and / or in another position; the aforementioned profiles (3, 4), regardless of the number of sheets used, are shaped, in profile, in such a way as to each have three longitudinal guides (7, 8, 9, 10, 1 1, 12) located on two horizontal planes (5, 6 and 13, 14), of which two guides (7, 8, 10, 1 1) for each profile (3, 4) are placed side by side and placed on the same horizontal plane (5, 13) and therefore form a track; the third guide (9, 12) is placed on the lower horizontal plane (6) in the upper profile (3) and on the higher horizontal plane (14) in the lower profile (4) with respect to that occupied by the guides (7, 8, 10, 1 1) side by side; in the single guide (9) of the upper section (3) and in the single guide (12) of the lower section (4) the carrying ball carriages (17, 18) slide longitudinally; the internal ends of sections (23, 24) are fixed to said bearing ball carriages (17, 18) sliding within the single guides (9, 12), equipped at their external ends with variable angle clamping pliers (25, 26 ) in which at least one plate (2) is inserted and locked; said apparatus is characterized by the fact that two or more bearing ball carriages (15) slide longitudinally on the upper horizontal plane (5) of the upper profile (3) thanks to their own balls housed in one of the guides (7, 8) side by side and that two or more bearing ball carriages (16) slide longitudinally within one of the guides (10, 11) made on the lower horizontal plane (13) of the lower profile (4); the internal ends of profiles (19, 20) are fixed to said bearing ball carriages (15, 16) sliding within the coupled guides (7, 8, 10, 1 1), equipped at their external ends with angle clamps variable (21, 22) in which at least one plate (1) is inserted and locked; the length of the sections (19, 20 and 23, 24), which block the plates (1, 2), is equal to or less than that of the plates (1, 2) themselves; the spheres of the aforementioned bearing ball carriages (15, 16), whose profiles (19, 20) constrain at least one plate (1), are forced to translate transversely with respect to the profiles (3, 4) passing guides (7, 10 ) internal when the plates (1, 2) are in rest position to the external guides (8, 11) when the plates (1, 2) are in motion, thus allowing the plate / s (1) to be moved throughout the length of the profiles (3, 4) above the remaining plate (s) (2). 2 - Apparatus, according to Claim 1, characterized in that one or more plates (1) movable both longitudinally and transversely are fixed to sections (19, 20) constrained to four or more bearing ball carriages (15, 16) sliding in the four guides (7, 8, 10, 11) placed on a track while the remaining plates (2), movable only longitudinally, are fixed to profiles (23, 24) connected to bearing ball carriages (17, 18) sliding in the guide ( 9) single placed on the horizontal plane (6) lower in the upper profile (3) and in the guide (12) single placed on the horizontal plane (14) higher in the lower profile (4). 3 - Apparatus, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that both the supporting section (3) and the other section (4) have two sections (27, 28) which act as covers for the moving parts; said sections (27, 28) are raised (and can remain so thanks to suitable retention mechanisms) when it is desired to move the plates (1, 2). 4 - Apparatus according to the preceding claims, all as previously described and illustrated in the attached drawings.
