DESCRIZIONE dell'invenzione industriale dal titolo: "Composizione agrochimica liquida contenente un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo",
DESCRIZIONE SFONDO DELL'INVENZIONE
La presente invenzione si riferisce ad una composizione agrochimica liquida contenente un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo.
Esempi rappresentativi di una preparazione agrochimica liquida contenente un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo comprendono emulsioni e prodotti scorrevoli. Quando emulsioni e prodotti scorrevoli vengono spruzzati, vengono usati come soluzione diluita con acqua mediante diluizione con una grande quantità di acqua. In tale soluzione diluita con acqua, il composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo è tale che goccioline di olio fini oppure particelle solide vengono disperse in acqua mediante l'azione di un tensioattivo, e poiché questo stato è uno stato termodinamicamente instabile, goccioline dì olio contenenti il composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo si separano nel tempo e, quando il composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo è un solido, in certi casi particelle solide precipitano e sedimentano.
JP 2003-128501 A descrive una preparazione agrochimica liquida contenente quizalofop-p-etile, il quale è un composto agrochimicamente idrofobo, poliossietilenstirilfeniletere, sale di acido dodecilbenzensolfonico, Solvesso 200 e 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone, ma la preparazione agrochimica liquida non è necessariamente stabile nello stato diluito con acqua.
SOMMARIO DELL'INVENZIONE
In queste circostanze, i presenti inventori hanno studiato per ottenere una preparazione agrochimica liquida contenente un composto agrochimicamente attivo, la quale sia stabile allo stato diluito con acqua. Come risultato, essi hanno completato la presente invenzione.
Vale a dire, la presente invenzione fornisce: (1) una composizione agrochimica liquida comprendente dallo 0,5 al 30% in peso di un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo;
dall'l al 20% in peso dì un tensioattivo non ionico scelto dal seguente gruppo (A);
dallo 0 al 10% in peso di tensioattivo anionico;
dal 6 al 60% in peso di γ-butirrolattone; e dal 120 al 75% in peso di 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone ,
gruppo (A):
copolìmero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene ,
poliossietìlene-poliossipropilene-alchiletere , poliossietilene -poiiossìpropìlene-alchilfenolo,
poiiossietìlene-poiiossipropilene -polistirilfeniletere, e
poiiossietilene -poiiossipropilene-olio di ricino;
(2) la composizione agrochimica liquida secondo il suddetto punto (1), in cui il tensioattivo non ionico è un copolìmero a blocchi dì poliossietilene-poliossipropilene;
(3) la composizione agrochimica liquida secondo il suddetto punto (l), in cui la quantità del tensioattivo anionico si trova nel campo dall'l al 10% in peso;
(4) la composizione agrochimica liquida secondo il suddetto punto (3), in cui il tensioattivo anionico è alchìlbenzensolfonato; e
(5) una soluzione diluita con acqua, la quale viene ottenuta diluendo la composizione agrochimica liquida secondo il suddetto punto (1) con una quantità di acqua da 10 a 10.000 volte.
La composizione agrochimica liquida della presente invenzione (di seguito talvolta indicata come la presente composizione agrochimica liquida) è stabile allo stato diluito con acqua.
DESCRIZIONE DETTAGLIATA DELLE FORME DI REALIZZAZIO-NE PREFERITE
Nella presente invenzione, il composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo significa composto agrochimicamente attivo che è insolubile oppure difficilmente solubile in acqua, e ha una solubilità in acqua, quando si usa acqua a 25°C, solitamente non superiore a 0,5 g/1, preferibilmente non superiore a 0,1 g/1, e può avere qualsiasi forma di solido e liquido a 25°C.
Esempi del composto agrochimicamente attivo comprendono un composto attivo come erbicida, un composto attivo come fungicida, un composto attivo come insetticida (acaricida), un composto per il controllo della crescita delle piante e, ad esempio, possono venire specificamente esemplificati i seguenti composti.

composto attivo come insetticida a base di ormone allato: Pyriproxyfen [composto insetticida 51], Fenoxycarb [composto insetticida 52], ecc.; e (RS)-5-terz-butil-2- [2-{2,6-dìfluorof enil )-4,5-diidro-1 ,3-ossazol-4-il] fenetolo [composto insetticida 53], e 2,6-dicloro-4- {3,3-dicloroallilossi) fenil-3- [5- (trifluorometil) -2-piridilossi] propiletere [composto insetticida 54].
Come composto per il controllo della crescita di piante, esempi comprendono un composto per il controllo della crescita di piante a base di azolo: Uniconazole-P [composto per il controllo della crescita di piante 1], Paclobutrazol [composto per il controllo della crescita di piante 2], ecc.; e (RS) -4'-cloro- 2'-(α-idrossìbenzìl) isonicoti nanilide [composto per il controllo della crescita di piante 3]
I composti agrochimicamente attivi precedentemente descritti sono composti descritti in pubblicazioni note, come The Pesticide Manual, 13° edizione (pubblicato dalla British Crop Protection Council nel 1987).
La presente composizione agrochimica liquida può contenere uno oppure più tipi di composti idrofobi agrochimicamente attivi e, nella presente composizione agrochimica liquida, la quantità totale di composti idrofobi agrochimicamente attivi si trova nel campo dallo 0,5 al 30% in peso, preferìbilmente dallo 0,5 al 25% in peso.
Nella presente composizione agrochimica liquida, anche nel caso di un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo, il quale è difficilmente solubile in un solvente idrocarburico aromatico (specificamente, la solubilità in xilene a 25°C non è superiore a 10 g/1), si può preparare una preparazione agrochimica liquida avente una concentrazione pratica .
Nella presente invenzione, il tensioattivo non ionico scelto dal gruppo (A) (di seguito, indicato come presente tensioattivo non ionico) può venire usato da solo oppure in una sua combinazione e, nella presente composizione agrochimica liquida, la quantità totale del presente tensioattivo non ionico si trova nel campo dall'l al 20% in peso, preferibilmente dall'l al 15% in peso, inoltre preferibilmente dall'l al 12% in peso.
Nel presente tensioattivo non ionico, è preferibile che p:q sia in un campo da 1:0,5 a 2,0 in una struttura parziale {CH2CH2)Pderivata da una struttura di poliossietilene , ed una struttura parziale {CH (CH3)CH20)qderivata da una struttura di poliossipropilene .
Nella presente invenzione, preferìbilmente, il presente tensioattivo non ionico è un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene .
Come copolimero a blocchi di poliossietiìenepoliossipropilene, può venire usato un tensioattivo disponibile in commercio, come Teric ΡΞ 64 (prodotto dalla Huntsman).
Come poliossietilene-poliossipropilenalchiletere, può venire usato un tensioattivo disponibile in commercio, come Antarox BO/327 {tutti prodotti dalla Rhodia Nikka) .
Nella presente invenzione, il tensioattivo anionico è, ad esempio, un tensioattivo anionico scelto dal seguente gruppo (B), e può venire usato da solo oppure in una sua combinazione . Nella presente composizione agrochimica liquida, la quantità totale del presente tensioattivo anionico si trova nel campo dallo 0 al 10% in peso, preferìbilmente dallo 0 all'8% in peso, inoltre preferibilmente dall'l al 7% in peso,
gruppo (B):
arilsolfonato, come dodecilbenzensolfonato, ecc ., poliossietilene (poli)arilariletersolfato, come poliossietilendistirilf eniletersolfato, ecc., poliossietilen (poli)arilariletere fosfato, come acido poliossietìlentristirilfenileteref osforico ecc., polìossietilenalchilarilfosfato, e poliossietilenalchilf osfato .
In generale, esempi del sale solfonato, solfato e fosfato comprendono un sale di sodio, un sale di potassio ed un sale di ammonio.
La quantità di y-butirrolattone contenuta nella presente composizione agrochimica liquida si trova nel campo dal 6 al 60% in peso, preferibilmente dal 15 al 60% in peso.
La quantità di 1,3-dimetìl-2-imidazolidinone contenuta nella presente composizione agrochimica liquida si trova in un campo dal 20 al 75% in peso, preferìbilmente dal 25 al 50% in peso.
Nella presente invenzione, come y-butirrolattone e 1,3-dìmetìl-2-imidazolidinone, possono venire usati quelli disponibili in commercio.
Nella presente composizione agrochimica lìquida, il rapporto in peso tra γ-butirrolattone e 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone è preferibilmente nel campo da 10:90 a 50:50. Inoltre, 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone è solitamente non inferiore a 1,5 parti in peso rispetto a 1 parte in peso del composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo.
Esempi specifici della composizione agrochimica liquida sono i seguenti:
composizione agrochimica liquida comprendente un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo dallo 0,5 al 30% in peso,
un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene dall'l al 20% in peso,

1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone dal 20 al 75% in peso;
composizione agrochimica liquida comprendente un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo dallo 0,5 al 30% in peso,
un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene dall'l al 20% in peso,
un tensioattivo anionico dallo 0 al 10% in peso,
γ-butirrolattone dal 6 al 60% in peso, e
1,3-dimetil-2 -imidazolidinone dal 20 al 75% in peso,
in cui il rapporto in peso tra γ-butirrolattone e 1,3-dimetil-2 -imidazolidinone si trova nel campo da 10:90 a 50:50, e 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone è non inferiore a 1,5 parti in peso rispetto a 1 parte in peso del composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo;
composizione agrochimica liquida comprendente un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo dallo 0,5 al 30% in peso,
un tensioattivo non ionico scelto dal gruppo (A) dall'l al 15% in peso,

1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone dal 25 al 50% in peso; e
composizione agrochimica liquida comprendente un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo dallo 0,5 al 25% in peso,
un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropìlene dall'l al 15% in peso,
un tensioattivo anionico dallo 0 all'8% in peso,
γ-butirrolattone dal 15 al 60% in peso, e 1 ,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone dal 25 al 50% in peso.
La presente composizione agrochimica liquida può contenere uno oppure più adiuvanti per la preparazione, come antiossidanti, agenti coloranti, aromatìzzanti, miglioratori dell'efficacia, agenti per alleviare sofferenze indotte da farmaci e simili, se necessario.
Esempi dell'antiossidante comprendono 3-/2-tbutil-4-idrossianisolo, idrossitoluene butilato e simili , ed esempi dell'agente colorante comprendono rodammina B, giallo n. 4, blu n. 1, rosso n. 2 e simili .
Nella presente composizione agrochimica liquida, la quantità totale dell'adiuvante per la preparazione si trova nel campo dallo 0 al 5% in peso.
La presente composizione agrochimica liquida può venire prodotta, ad esempio, mediante aggiunta di un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo, il presente tensioattivo non ionico e, se necessario, un tensioattivo anionico ed un adìuvante per la preparazione ad un solvente misto di γ-butirrolattone e 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone, se necessario con riscaldamento (non superiore a 80°C), agitazione della miscela fino a quando diventa una soluzione uniforme e, se necessario, filtrazione della soluzione .
La presente composizione agrochimica liquida è un liquido uniforme formato sostanzialmente da una fase continua.
La presente composizione agrochimica liquida viene usata mediante diluizione con acqua. La presente composizione agrochimica liquida può venire diluita con acqua in una quantità di acqua, solitamente, da 10 a 10.000 volte, preferibilmente da 20 a 5.000 volte rispetto alla composizione agrochimica lìquida. In generale, l'acqua da usare può essere acqua dura (acqua avente un grande contenuto di ioni calcio e/oppure ioni magnesio; la quantità totale di ioni calcio e ioni magnesio nell'acqua viene espressa come durezza in ppm di carbonato corrispondente) oppure acqua dolce (acqua avente un contenuto scarso di ioni calcio e/oppure ioni magnesio), oppure può essere acqua alla quale viene opzionalmente aggiunto un adiuvante, come un agente di spandimento, un sale inorganico e simili.
In una soluzione diluita con acqua ottenuta mediante diluizione della presente composizione agrochimica liquida con una quantità di acqua da 10 a 10.000 volte (di seguito indicata come la presente soluzione diluita con acqua), il composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo viene solubilizzato in acqua con il presente tensioattivo non ionico, oppure goccioline di liquido contenenti il composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo hanno un diametro delle particelle sufficientemente ridotto, quindi il suo aspetto è molto diverso da quello dì una soluzione diluita con acqua di un'emulsione agrochimica convenzionale. Vale a dire, la presente soluzione diluita con acqua non contenente alcun componente colorante ha un aspetto trasparente oppure trasparente-bluastro chiaro.
Ad esempio, l'assorbanza misurata con luce trasmessa ad una lunghezza d'onda di 550 nm subito dopo la diluizione della composizione agrochimica liquida con una quantità di acqua di 100 volte è solitamente nel campo da 0,01 a 1, mentre l'assorbanza di una soluzione diluita con acqua di una emulsione agrochimica convenzionale nelle stesse condizioni è superiore a 2, dalla quale la presente composìzione agrochimica liquida può venire distinta da un'emulsione agrochimica convenzionale. Per analizzare 1'assorbanza, può venire usato uno spettrofotometro nell'ultravioletto e nel visibile (ad esempio il tipo Modello UV-2500 PC prodotto dalla Shimadzu Corporation),
Di seguito, la presente invenzione verrà spiegata più dettagliatamente mediante Esempi, Esempi di prova e simili, ma la presente invenzione non è limitata a questi Esempi.
Esempio 1
A 20°C, il composto fungicida 58 (5,00 g in termini di ingrediente attivo), dodecìlbenzensolfonato di calcio (4,00 g prodotto dalla Huntsman), un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene (4,50 g, prodotto dalla Stepan) e 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone (35,0 g) sono stati pesati in un pallone graduato da 100 mi, il volume totale è stato regolato a 100 mi con γ-butirrolattone e la miscela è stata agitata fino a diventare una soluzione uniforme in modo da ottenere la presente composizione agrochimica lìquida (di seguito, indicata come la presente soluzione 1).
Esempio 2
A 20°C, il composto fungicida 37 (5,00 g in termini di ingrediente attivo), dodecilbenzensolfonato di calcio {3,00 g prodotto dalla Huntsman), un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene {3,00 g, prodotto dalla Stepan) e 1,3-dimetil-2-imìdazolìdinone {35/0 g) sono stati pesati in un pallone graduato da 100 mi, il volume totale è stato regolato a 100 mi con γ-butirrolattone, e la miscela è stata agitata fino a diventare una soluzione uniforme, in modo da ottenere la presente composizione agrochimica liquida (di seguito, indicata come la presente soluzione 2).
Esempio 3
A 20°C, il composto insetticida 37 (5,00 g in termini di ingrediente attivo), un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene (3,00 g, prodotto dalla Stepan) e 1,3-dimetìl-2-imidazolidinone (45,0 g) sono stati pesati in un pallone graduato da 100 mi, il volume totale è stato regolato a 100 mi con γ-butirrolattone e la miscela è stata agitata fino a quando è diventata una soluzione uniforme, in modo da ottenere la presente composizione agrochimica liquida (di seguito, indicata come la presente soluzione 3).
Esempio 4
A 20°C, il composto insetticida 37 (5,00 g in termini di ingrediente attivo), un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietìlene-polìossìpropilene (3,00 g, prodotto dalla Stepan) e 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone (55,0 g) sono stati pesati in un pallone graduato da 100 mi, il volume totale è stato regolato a 100 mi con γ-butirrolattone e la miscela è stata agitata fino a quando è diventata una soluzione uniforme, in modo da ottenere la presente composizione agrochimica liquida (di seguito, indicata come la presente soluzione 4).
Esempio 5
A 20°C, il composto insetticida 37 (5,00 g in termini di ingrediente attivo), un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene (3,00 g, prodotto dalla Stepan) e 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone (65,0 g) sono stati pesati in un pallone graduato da 100 mi, il volume totale è stato regolato a 100 mi con γ-butirrolattone e la miscela è stata agitata fino a quando è diventata una soluzione uniforme, in modo da ottenere la presente composizione agrochimica liquida (di seguito, indicata come la presente soluzione 5}.
Esempio 6
A 20°C, il composto insetticida 37 (5,00 g in termini di ingrediente attivo), un copolimero a blocchì di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene (3,00 g, prodotto dalla Stepan) e 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone (75,0 g) sono stati pesati in un pallone graduato da 100 mi, il volume totale è stato regolato a 100 mi con γ-butirrolattone e la miscela è stata agitata fino a quando è diventata una soluzione uniforme, in modo da ottenere la presente composizione agrochimica liquida {di seguito, indicata come la presente soluzione 6}.
Esempio di prova 1
In un cilindro graduato da 100 mi con tappo, sono stati collocati 99 mi di acqua D standard CI-PAC (342 ppm), e la temperatura è stata mantenuta in un bagno di acqua a temperatura costante a 30°C per un certo tempo. Quindi, al cilindro graduato è stato aggiunto 1 mi di ciascuna delle presenti soluzioni 1 a 6, il cilindro graduato è stato capovolto 10 volte ad un rapporto di una volta per 2 secondi e la temperatura è stata mantenuta nuovamente in un bagno di acqua a temperatura costante a 30°C per 30 minuti. Quindi, è stato osservato lo stato della soluzione diluita in ciascun cilindro graduato ed è stato trovato che tutte conservavano lo stato stabile ed avevano un aspetto trasparente. Esempio 7
A 20°C, il composto erbicida 2 (5,00 g in termini di ingrediente attivo) , un copolimero a blocchi di poiiossieti lene -poiiossipropilene (15,00 g, prodotto dalla Stepan) , 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone (67,0 g) e γ-butirrolattone (15,0 g) sono stati pesati, e la miscela è stata agitata fino a diventare una soluzione uniforme, in modo da ottenere la presente composizione agrochimica liquida (di seguito, indicata come la presente soluzione 7),
Esempio comparativo 1
A 20°C, il composto erbicida 2 (3,00 g in termini di ingrediente attivo) , poliossietilene sorbitanmonolaurato (15,00 g, prodotto dalla Rhodia Nikka) , 1,3-dimetil-2-imidazolidinone (67,0 g) e γ-butirrolattone (15,0 g) sono stati pesati, e la miscela è stata agitata fino a diventare una soluzione uniforme, in modo da ottenere la soluzione comparativa (di seguito, indicata come soluzione comparativa 1) .
Esempio di prova 2
In un cilindro graduato da 100 mi con tappo, sono stati collocati 99 mi di acqua D standard CIPAC (342 ppm) e la temperatura è stata mantenuta in un bagno di acqua a temperatura costante a 30°C per un certo tempo. D'altra parte, nella soluzione comparativa 1, è stata osservata la deposizione di una grande quantità di cristalli sul fondo del cilindro graduato.
Come precedentemente descritto, la composizione agrochìmica liquida della presente invenzione ha uno stato diluito con acqua molto stabile ed è utile come preparazione contenente un composto agrochimicamente attivo.
Claims (1)
- RIVENDICAZIONI 1. Composizione agrochimica liquida comprendente : dallo 0,5 al 30% in peso di un composto idrofobo agrochimicamente attivo; dall'l al 20% in peso di tensioattivo non ionico scelto dal seguente gruppo (A); dallo 0 al 10% in peso di tensioattivo anionico; dal 6 al 60% in peso di γ-butirrolattone; e dal 120 al 75% in peso di 1,3-dìmetil-2-imidazolidinone, gruppo (A): copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene-poliossipropilene, poliossietilene-poliossipropilene-alchiletere, poiiossietilene -poiiossipropilene-alchilfenolo, poiiossietilene-polìossipropi lene-polistirilfeniletere , e poiiossietilene-poliossipropilene-olio di ricino, 2. Composizione agrochimica liquida secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui il tensioattivo non ionico è un copolimero a blocchi di poliossietilene poliossipropilene . 3. Composizione agrochimica liquida secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui la quantità del tensioattivo anionico è nel campo dall'l al 10% in peso. 4. Composizione agrochimica liquida secondo la rivendicazione 3, in cui il tensioattivo anionico è alchilbenzensolfonato. 5. Soluzione diluita con acqua, la quale viene ottenuta diluendo la composizione agrochimica liquida secondo la rivendicazione 1 con una quantità di acqua da 10 a 10.000 volte.
