Abstract
Si intende brevettare l'utilizzo del tripeptide gamma elle glutamil elle cisteinil glicina nella sua forma ridotta, noto anche come Glutatione Ridotto, tanto in forma pura quanto in forma di sale, come principio attivo in preparazioni dermocosmetologiche da utilizzarsi per via topica su cute e mucose esterne come coadiuvante in tutte quelle condizioni, di varia genesi, in cui si abbia un'aumentata attività di radicali liberi, sia assoluta che relativa, sia intra che extra cellulare. Le caratteristiche peculiari risiedono nel campo di applicazione, in quanto la sostanza usata, per uso topico, in idonea concentrazione, con appropriati veicoli ed eccipienti risulta essere un valido meccanismo di difesa cellulare con benefici effetti di antagonizzazione nei confronti di processi degenerativi cellulari, dall'invecchiamento alla sclerosi, dovuti alla aumentata attività di radicali liberi.The intention is to patent the use of the tripeptide gamma elle glutamil elle cisteinil glycine in its reduced form, also known as Reduced Glutathione, both in pure form and in the form of salt, as an active ingredient in dermo-cosmetic preparations to be used topically on the skin and mucous membranes external as adjuvant in all those conditions, of various genesis, in which there is an increased activity of free radicals, both absolute and relative, both intra and extra cellular. The peculiar characteristics reside in the field of application, as the substance used, for topical use, in a suitable concentration, with appropriate vehicles and excipients turns out to be a valid cell defense mechanism with beneficial effects of antagonism against cellular degenerative processes, from the aging to sclerosis, due to the increased activity of free radicals.
