RIASSUNTO: In ambito medico ambulatoriale generico o specialistico, il professionista si serve quotidianamente di strumenti che gli sono indispensabili nell'esame del paziente; si trova quindi a dover disporre facilmente e velocemente di diversi oggetti che spesso non è facile gestire, archiviare,, mantenere ordinati. La confezione in cartotecnica oggetto del ritrovato è ricavata da un unico pezzo di cartoncino di spessore e grammatura idonee che, appositamente cordonato e fustellato con procedure standard, ricava un dispenser di dimensioni contenute fissabile alla parete defl'ambulatoria, DESCRIZIONE: in questa specifica soluzione si prevede di inserire una serie di speculum otoscopici ma con lo stesso procedimento è possibile adattare la forma e la dimensione del dispenser in modo da potervi inserire speculum in materiale plastico, metallico eco,, di diversa misura, per ispezioni accurate di altri distretti corporei per es, del naso. Tutti gli astucci dispenser oggetto di questo ritrovato sono realizzati in cartoncino fustellato ed assemblato tramite normali linee di incollaggio "piega ed incolla" e quindi sono riproducibili a livello industriale. Le TAVOLE 1 e 2 mostrano lo sviluppo aperto esterno ed interno del ritrovato prima di essere piegato lungo le linee di cordonatura da X a X1fJ ed incollato a formare l'astuccio dispenser di speculum. La TAVOLA 3 illustra l’inizio dell’assemblaggio in cui, piegando la cordonatura denominata X-ig, l'interno dell'aletta di incollaggio M-) va a fissarsi sull'Interno del lato G con la colla G-| mentre nella TAVOLA 4f piegando la cordonatura denominata l’esterno del lato L viene incollato sull'interno de! lato C tramite la colia Cg, A questo punto (TAVOLA 5,. figg, 1 e 2) si chiude l'astuccio dispenser ribaltando i lati A e B, servendosi della cordonatura X9t in modo che l'interno del lato A vada ad incollarsi sull'esterno del lato G servendosi della striscia di colla Gg. SI procede quindi nella TAVOLA successiva 6 a piegare la parte formata dal lato Cg, servendosi della cordonatura X10, in modo che l'aletta C3 vada a chiudere Γ astuccio infilandosi ai l'interno del lato A (fig. 1}; per completare questa parte - da cui usciranno gli speculum - si infilano anche contemporaneamente le due alette F4 e F5 nette fessure K e K-| che si sono create rispettivamente fra i latiD-Cg © B-Cg . Nella TAVOLA 7, fig. 1 la parte formata da F^ Fg e F3 va a piegarsi sull'esterno del iato C, tramite la cordonatura Xg e vi sì fissa inserendo la linguetta Fg nel taglio C-| presente sul lato C. AH 'estremità opposta dell'astuccio dispenser si può osservare in fig. 2 che all'interno sì sono venuti a formare tre spazi X, Y e Z; nello spazio centrale Y sì procede ad inserire una serie di speculum in numero variabile e si chiude il tato E dell astuccio con le alette B-j , Di ed E1 ; negli altri 2 spazi vuoti X e Z si può riporre altro materiale di consumo necessario all'utilizzatore per es. i pan netti per la pulizia periodica dell 'otoscopio oppure altri speculum di ricambio da sostituire a quelli collocati nel corridoio Y una volta che sono terminati. L'astuccio dispenser cosi predisposto può essere ora appeso alia parete dell'ambulatorio servendosi per es. di un pezzo di nastro bi-adesivo denominato T che viene applicato sul lato C, ma questa modalità per appendere il ritrovato non è l'unica, potendo scegliere altre metodologie ugualmente idonee allo scopo che è quello dì appendere il dispenser. L'astuccio dispenser è a questo punto formato da A, B, C, D, E in alto e F in basso. Al primo utilizzo (TAVOLA 8, tig. 1) , è necessario strappare la parte P1 afferrandola con due dita: in questo modo il primo speculum si presenta all'esterno de! lato F passando dal foro P essendo però ancora trattenuto in parte dentro l'astuccio dalle alette del foro Cq, appositamente dimensionate proprio per esercitare un leggero impedimento all'uscita non controllata dello speculum che deve uscire invece soltanto se ['utilizzatore lo afferra e lo tira via dall astuccio come mostrato in fìg, 2.
