DESCRIPTION

The present patent relates to dispenser devices for packaged food products and in particular concerns a new dispenser for sachets and / or packages of sugar and / or sweetener, with cutting devices for opening the sachets and waste collection container.

Sugar sachets or packages are known, i.e. wrappers, in paper or plasticized paper, containing a certain quantity of granulated sugar or cane sugar or other sweetener.

Said sachets or single-dose packs are commonly used in public establishments and are usually made available to consumers of beverages such as coffee, cappuccinos, tea, etc.

These sachets are usually collected in a common container, such as a tray or a basket or a bowl, and placed on the counter or on the tables of the room.

Said sachets are preferred to the known sugar bowl, both for obvious reasons of hygiene and convenience, and to ensure better storage conditions of the sugar, which does not absorb humidity and does not take on unpleasant odors or flavors.

Said sachets or packages of sugar or sweetener are opened by tearing a flap of the wrapper, and this operation, which must always be performed with two hands or, worse, with the mouth, often causes the accidental release of granules of sugar or powder of sugar. sweetener, which go to dirty the counter or the table or the floor.

The torn edges of sugar or sweetener sachets or packages are also often left on tables or counters, or even dropped to the floor.

To overcome all the aforementioned drawbacks, a new type of dispenser for sachets and / or sugar and / or sweetener packs has been studied and created, with cutting devices for opening the sachets and waste collection container.

The main aim of the present invention is to make available to the user both the sachets or packages of sugar and / or sweetener, and special devices for cutting said sachets, always guaranteeing optimal hygienic conditions.

Another purpose of the present invention is to allow the user to open the sachet or package of sugar or sweetener with one hand.

Another object of the present invention is to prevent the accidental spillage of sugar.

Another object of the present invention is to provide users with a practical container for waste such as empty sugar sachets, cut flaps, disposable napkins and other small waste.

These and other direct and complementary purposes are achieved by the new dispenser for sachets and / or packages of sugar and / or sweetener, with cutting devices for opening the sachets and waste collection container.

The new dispenser comprises one or more pockets or seats, accessible to the user, suitable for containing a plurality of sachets or packages of sugar and / or sweetener of various types, at least one cutting device, which can be operated with one hand, for the opening of said sachets or packages and, preferably, at least one container for collecting empty sachets, cut flaps and other small waste.

It can be envisaged that said new invention is also integrated with one or more suitable disposable napkin dispensers.

One of the main advantages of the new dispenser consists in making available to the user at least one device for the rapid opening of the sachets, also guaranteeing the best hygienic conditions, since the contents of the sachet are not manipulated in any way.

To open the sugar or sweetened sachets or packs, the user must place the sachet in the appropriate seat and operate a mechanism connected to at least one blade or cutting element of another type, and where this operation is can be performed completely with one hand.

During this operation, the flaps cut from the sachet, the sugar granules or the sweetener powder, which may accidentally come out of the sachets, automatically fall into the appropriate collection container. This way, sugar and sweetener granules and powder do not fall onto the counter, tables or floor.

It is also envisaged that the new dispenser may comprise an additional container for the collection of empty sachets and any other small waste.

Another advantage of the present invention consists in the fact that it does not require any electric or pneumatic power supply, since it works with mechanisms that can be operated manually.

The new dispenser therefore also guarantees maximum safety for the user, in any operating condition.

It is envisaged that the new invention can be installed on the floor or on counters or tables, in a fixed or removable way.

Alternatively, it is envisaged that said invention also comprises a support surface for cups, glasses, etc.

The characteristics of the present invention will be better clarified by the following description with reference to the drawing tables, attached by way of non-limiting example.

Figure 1 shows a side view of the new invention, while figures 2a and 2b show the operation of the cutting device (J) for opening the sugar sachets or packages (B).

Figure 3 and Figure 4 respectively show two possible embodiments of the new invention, in the column version, with floor support (Al), in Figure 3, and in the column version and with support table (V), in figure 4.

The new dispenser includes a support and containment frame (U), in turn comprising one or more pockets or seats (T) suitable for containing sachets or packages (B) of sugar and / or cane sugar and / or sweetener of other types.

Said frame (U) also includes a lower base (A) for resting on tables, counters, floor, etc.

For example, in the solution shown in Figure 1, the new dispenser is suitable for being placed on and / or fixed to tables or counters in public places, such as bars, restaurants, etc.

The new dispenser also comprises at least one cutting device (J) for opening said sugar sachets or packages (B).

Said cutting device (J) includes one or more blades or cutting elements (Cl, C2), movable due to the action, by the user, on at least one element or lever (L).

In the specific case shown in Figures 2a and 2b, said lever (L) rotates around a fixed point (L1) integral with said containment frame (U). The rotation of said lever (L) downwards causes the simultaneous downward translation of a blade (Cl) which approaches a further blade (C2), placed below in the corresponding position.

The sachet or package (B) to be opened, placed on a suitable surface or seat (P), partially inserted into said frame (U) through a slot (Ul) and interposed between said blades (Cl, C2), is cut and then open.

Said blade (Cl) and said lever (L) then return to their original position thanks to the presence of return springs (M).

The flaps (B1) cut from said sachets or packages (B) fall downwards by gravity, where they are collected in a suitable container or drawer (D), preferably removable for emptying and cleaning operations.

It is envisaged that said containment frame (U) also comprises at least one further opening (RI), for example placed on its upper part, for the introduction of other small waste, such as empty sachets (B), disposable paper napkins. and throws, or whatever.

For this purpose, said opening (R1) communicates with said removable container or drawer (D), so that said waste introduced into it falls by gravity into said container or drawer (D) itself.

It can also be envisaged that said frame (U) includes further openings (R2), for example closed with swinging doors (S), which can be closed by spring, and placed below said cutting devices (J), for the introduction of small waste. and communicating with said collection drawer or container (D). It can also be envisaged that said new invention comprises one or more suitable dispensers (G) of paper napkins or towels (H).

According to the embodiment shown in Figures 3 and 4, the new dispenser is able to be placed on the floor, i.e. said containment frame (U) has such dimensions that said pockets or seats (T) for housing sachets (B) or sugar packages, said cutting devices (J) and said openings (RI) for the introduction of the waste are at a height that can be easily reached by the user.

For example, said pockets or seats (T) are at a height of between 120 and 150 cm, while said cutting devices (J) are preferably positioned at a height of between 100 and 130 cm.

In the column solution, shown in figures 3 and 4, the new dispenser includes a special base (A1) for resting on the floor.

In the lower part, said frame (U) includes one or more openings for the introduction of waste.

It can also be envisaged that the new dispenser includes at least one removable collection container (E), with appropriate swinging and resealable doors (El) with spring and handle (E2) for extracting the container (E) itself.

In the solution shown in Figure 4, said new dispenser also includes at least one support surface (V) for glasses, cups, etc., placed for example at a height between 100 and 120 cm.

In the previously proposed solutions, said frame (U) for containing the new dispenser has a substantially cylindrical shape, where said pockets or seats (T) for collecting sachets (B), said cutting devices (J), said napkin dispensers (G) (H) are homogeneously distributed.

Alternatively, said frame (U) can have a prismatic shape, with a square, rectangular or polygonal section in general.

Alternatively, said frame (U) can have a partially pyramidal or truncated cone shape.

These are the schematic modalities sufficient for the skilled person to realize the invention, consequently, in concrete application there may be variations without prejudice to the substance of the innovative concept, both as regards the dispenser area and the cutting device / s.

Therefore, with reference to the preceding description and to the attached table, the following claims are expressed.
