Descrizione dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo: INIEZIONE INTRACAMERULA RE PER ANESTESIA E DILATAZIONE PUPILLARE
(MIDRIASI)
DESCRIZIONE
Fa presente invenzione ha per oggetto una preparazione galenica sterile di farmaco iniettabile di 10 mi, per uso chirurgico intraoculare, composta da:
Ciclopentolato idrocloruro mg 2, Fenilefrina ldrocloruto mg 30, Lidocaina Idrocloruro mg 20, Edta sodico mg 2, Acido borico polvere mg 7,7 e Acqua sterile iniettabile mi 2, finalizzata al conseguimento della dilatazione pupillare (midriasi fannacologica), analgesia e effetto antalgico e antiflogistico.
Nell’ambito della chirurgia oculare, tradizionalmente, la dilatazione pupillare e l’analgesia vengono ottenute tramite instillazione pre-operatoria di colliri topici ad uso esterno, necessitando dei tempi di attesa di efficacia dei principi attivi degli stessi. L’invenzione, che verrà ora spiegata, semplifica e riduce i tempi pre-operatori in ambito di chirurgia oculare di cataratta o di altro intervento in camera anteriore o posteriore che necessiti di midriasi.
Dopo avere eseguito il tunnel corneale, con una sola manovra operatoria, è sufficiente iniettare in camera anteriore 1 mi della preparazione in questione, per ottenere immediata e prolungata midriasi, garantire l’anestesia occorrente per tutta la durata dell’intervento e ridurre la flogosi (infiammazione post chirurgica).

- Rivendicazioni dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo: INIEZIONE INTRACAMERULARE PER ANESTESIA E DILATAZIONE PUPILLARE (MIDRIAS1) Rivendicazioni 1) preparazione galenica sterile di farmaco iniettabile di 10 mi, per uso chirurgico intraoculare; 2) Ciclopentolato idrocloruro mg 2, Fenilefrina Idrocloruro mg 30, Lidocaina Idrocloruro mg 20, Edta sodico mg 2, Acido borico polvere mg 7,7 e Acqua sterile iniettabile mi 2, finalizzata al conseguimento della dilatazione pupillare (midriasi farmacologica), analgesia e effetto antalgico e antiflogistico.
