Il brevetto propone un sistema per realizzare una decorazione da riportare sugli infissi, ottenute attraverso l'accoppiamento tra un profilato e la cornice che viene realizzato attraverso elementi di fissaggio a rotazione nascosti. DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION

Sono sempre più richieste da parte di arredatori ed architetti infissi che presentano sulla loro faccia interna decori, dipinti o applicati su supporti di vario materiale che vengono fissati all'infisso mediante incollaggio e con semplici viti. Sono anche conosciuti altri sistemi che hanno costituito oggetto di vari brevetti, tra essi citiamo i brevetti EP-A-04825753, EP-A-0425753 che presentano l'inconveniente della non intercambiabilità del decoro e della critica formazione degli angoli. Scopo del presente brevetto per invenzione industriale è quello di proporre un decoro applicabile ad un infisso di tipo normale che non deve essere fornito sulla faccia di applicazione di un incavo per ricevere il supporto del decoro. Questi ed altri scopi vengono raggiunti attraverso l'idea di soluzione del brevetto che costituisce oggetto della presente domanda. These and other purposes are achieved through the solution idea of the patent which is the subject of the present application.

Questa idea consiste nell'applicazione di una cornice, preferibilmente in legno, nella quale è realizzato direttamente il decoro o applicato ad essa attraverso un supporto cartaceo, di plastica o di pelle che viene fissata sulla cornice di supporto. This idea consists in the application of a frame, preferably in wood, in which the decoration is made directly or applied to it through a paper, plastic or leather support which is fixed on the support frame.

Questa cornice dal lato interno presenta una cava appositamente sagomata per ricevere, ad intervalli, la testa di un elemento di fissaggio che chiameremo "accessorio". La tav. II in figg. 5) e 6) si riferisce alla cornice in legno, o altro idoneo materiale, sulla quale viene realizzato il decoro direttamente o incollato un supporto che lo riporta. Con riferimento alle figure l'accessorio che realizza l'accoppiamento è costituito da una testa (1) avente una sezione longitudinale e trasversale esagonale, un corpo cilindrico (2) interrotto da una mensola (3) a sezione longitudinale esagonale, dopo detta mensola continua per un tratto il corpo cilindrico (4) che termina in una testa circolare (5) slargata che al centro presenta un foro ad esagono regolare (6) per ricevere un'apposita chiave (8). Con le operazioni descritte avremo bloccato la cornice al supporto in alluminio con l'interposizione delle pareti "dell'accessorio". With the described operations we will have blocked the frame to the aluminum support with the interposition of the "accessory" walls.

La forma dell'accessorio realizza la condizione che il supporto in alluminio viene a trovarsi tra la testa circolare (5) e la mensola (3), mentre la cornice in legno è bloccata contro la mensola (3) e attraverso la testa esagonale (1). Il sistema proposto permette una facile intercambiabilità della cornice realizzando un accoppiamento che può essere applicato a qualunque tipo d'infisso in legno, PVC od alluminio, per interno od esterno, attraverso un fissaggio che ha costituito oggetto di altro brevetto. Il decoro viene applicato in un unico pezzo in quanto è realizzato sulla cornice. The decoration is applied in a single piece as it is made on the frame.

All'idea di soluzione potranno essere apportate variazioni formali e strutturali nell'ambito del medesimo concetto inventivo che resta definito dalle rivendicazioni che seguono. Claims

CLAIMS 1. System for applying ornamental frames to fixtures, characterized by the fact that the frame (9) is coupled to a special "C" shaped profile (11) by means of rotating elements that are fixed between it and the frame, therefore the The assembly is fixed to the rear face of the frame by means of a known type of coupling.
