Abstract

- SETTORE TECNOLOGICO L'invenzione si colloca nel settore dell'industria alimentare ed esattamente nel campo della produzione dei gelati.- PROBLEMA TECNICO I possessori di apparecchi per la preparazione dei gelati fatti in casa, da anni rivendicano l'impossibilità di realizzare un gelato che abbia le caratteristiche organolettiche di quelli artigianali normalmente venduti in gelateria, infatti una volta realizzate un determinato numero di prove, come da manuale dato in corredo dalle aziende costruttrici di dette macchine, la abbandonano relegandola in un angolino della cucina.- CARATTERI ESSENZIALI DELLA SOLUZIONE Si è pensato di realizzare una miscela per la preparazione di gelato, opportunamente trattata, inflaconarla e venderla ai possessori di macchinette per gelato e a piccole gelaterie.
