Una chiusura di garanzia (1) per bottiglie e simili, la quale presenta un funzionamento ineccepibile in occasione della sua prima apertura e nelle successive chiusure ed aperture e nel contempo presenta una struttura che favorisce il suo assemblaggio come un tutt'uno singolarmente manipolabile e la sua messa in opera sulla bottiglia quando assemblata, comprende un corpo versatore (10) munito di una flangia (12), un corpo tubolare (17) munito di un ribordo anulare interno (19), un tappo a cappuccio (26) solidale al corpo tubolare (17) tramite una linea di indebolimento (33), nonché un innesto frontale (35) tra il bordo (19) del corpo tubolare (17) e la flangia (12) del corpo versatore (10) per solidarizzare angolarmente il corpo versatore (10) al corpo tubolare (17).
