La presente domanda di breveto per invenzione industriale ha per oggeto un dispositivo per il rapido ed agevole serraggio delle ante degli infissi in posizione semiaperta. The present patent application for industrial invention relates to a device for the quick and easy tightening of the doors of the fixtures in the semi-open position.

Il dispositivo secondo il trovato nasce con l’intento di porre rimedio all’inconveniente che puntualmente si verifica ogni qualvolta le ante degli infissi vengono lasciate aperte in presenza di forti correnti d’aria; in tale evenienza, infati, porte e finestre vengono improvvisamente ed incontrollatamente chiuse con eccessiva energia, se non addirittura ripetutamente sbattute, come nel caso delle finestre, la cui chiusura richiede solitamente un’apposita operazione manuale, a differenza delle porte, che quasi sempre adottano dei dispositivi di chiusura automatica, del tipo a scrocco, i quali sono in grado di bloccare l’anta quando la stessa viene portata a battuta contro lo stipite del relativo telaio. Ebbene, proprio con il fine di poter temporaneamente serrare le ante degli infissi in posizione semichiusa sono stati già ideati appositi dispostivi, consistenti sostanzialmente in speciali “ponticelli” da avvitare sul battente dell’anta, i quali sono in grado di attuare un collegamento rigido e registrabile fra una coppia di ante o fra un’anta e lo stipite del relativo telaio. Siffatti dispositivi presentano alcuni limiti ed inconvenienti. Innanzitutto detti speciali “ponticelli” consentono di bloccare l’anta soltanto in assetto prossimo alla sua completa chiusura, dal momento che essi hanno una lunghezza di pochi centimetri, per cui anche la distanza fra i due punti di aggancio di questi “ponticelli” deve essere dello stesso ordine di grandezza; in secondo luogo, questi dispositivi pregiudicano con la loro presenza ed ingombro l’aspetto esteriore dell’infisso. Scopo della presente invenzione è quello di ideare un dispositivo per serrare le ante degli infissi in posizione semiaperta, il quale non abbia limiti per quanto riguarda il valore dell’angolo di apertura in cui l’anta può essere bloccata. Ulteriore scopo dell’ invenzione è quello di ideare un dispositivo il quale risulti completamente nascosto e mimetizzato, così che Γ aspetto estetico dell’ infisso non sia alterato dalla introduzione di corpi estranei. Non ultimo scopo dell’invenzione è quello di realizzare un dispositivo estremamente semplice ed economico. Not the least object of the invention is to create an extremely simple and economical device.

Il dispositivo secondo il trovato comprende un bullone, con il relativo dado, atto ad essere utilizzato in sostituzione del perno di fulcraggio presente nei cardini di supporto dell’infisso. Detto bullone reca in corrispondenza del suo tratto terminale una scanalatura esterna, longitudinale, entro cui incassare una chiavetta che risulta parzialmente incassata anche entro una scanalatura prevista sulla parete interna dell’occhio della bandella fissa del cardine, quella cioè ancorata al telaio dell’infisso. Con riferimento alle figure anzidette il dispositivo in parola comprende un bullone (1), atto ad essere utilizzato in sostituzione del perno di fixlcraggio presente nei cardini di supporto dell’infisso; in particolare detto bullone (1) presenta un diametro tale da poter essere infilato esattamente entro gli “occhi” (2 e 3) della bandella mobile (2a) e di quella fissa (3a), rispettivamente fissate sull’anta (2b) e sul telaio (3b) della finestra. Si richiama infine l’attenzione sul fatto che l’anta (2b), anche quando risulta arresta in posizione semiaperta per effetto del serraggio del dado (5), non risulta comunque vincolata rigidamente, per cui la stessa entra in rotazione frizionata non appena la forza su di esse esercitata supera la forza di attrito esistente fra le parti in strisciamento. Claims

CLAIMS 1) Device for tightening the doors of the frames in a semi-open position, characterized in that it includes a bolt (1), having a diameter such that it can be inserted exactly inside the "eyes" (2 and 3) of the mobile strip (2a ) and the fixed one (3a), respectively fixed on the sash (2b) and on the frame (3b) of the window, said bolt (1) having a threaded end section (la), which protrudes slightly from the eye (3) and which has a longitudinal seat (1b) for a key (4), which is also partially recessed in a groove (3c) provided on the inner wall of the eye (3) of the fixed strip (3 a) of the hinge; a nut (5) is screwed onto this threaded terminal section (la) and wear rings are also provided, interposed both between the head of the bolt and the eye (2) of the mobile strip (2a), and between the two eyes (2 and 3), both between the eye (3) and the nut (5).

2) Device for tightening the doors of the fixtures in a semi-open position, according to the previous claim, characterized in that it comprises said nut (5) and has an elongated body at the bottom, where the seat (5a) for the articulated head of a lever (6), which from an axial rest position can be overturned into a radial working position, thanks to a series of notches (5b) made along the edge of said seat (5a) for this purpose.
