Abstract
La presente invenzione concerne una macchina per la preparazione in automatico di spiedini di pesce o di carne, comprendente una stazione operativa in cui lo spiedo dapprima viene prelevato da un serbatoio di raccolta in cui esso sì trova alla rinfusa con altri, e poi infilato attraverso i pezzi d'alimento, che risultano collocati entro una serie di vaschette montate trasversalmente su un trasportatore a catena, ad avanzamento intermittente, così che ogni vaschetta possa sostare in corrispondenza della stazione operativa anzidetta, ove è prevista anche una ganascia di serraggio che dall'alto scende su ogni vaschetta in sosta per seccare gli alimenti nella fase d'infilaggio dello spiedo.
