DESCRIZIONE
Le punte da trapano autofilettanti o maschiatrici funzionano come una punta da trapano disegno n°2 figura 1 che ha come scopo la realizzazione di un foro ma sono accoppiate al relativo maschio di grandezza idonea che permette, diminuendo la velocità del trapano di realizzare di seguito anche la maschiatura del foro disegno n°2 figura 2 in un unico passaggio. Neiraccoppiamento della punta e del maschio (utensile per filettare) si è tenuto conto del problema dei trucioli che sia durante la foratura che la maschiatura vengono a crearsi, tali trucioli vengono passati dai due canali elicoidali della punta ai tre canali rettilinei del maschio per il modello Disegno n°l figura 1.1 e ai due canali elicoidali per il modello Disegno n°l figura 1.2 che permettono di espellere il materiale della lavorazione in eccesso. Estraendo con rotazione contraria la punta autofilettante dal foro maschiato si può procedere con l'accoppiato del foro maschiato tramite viti, bulloni o barre filettate vedasi disegno n°2 figura 3

  1. ALLEGATO 2.4 RIVENDICAZIONI Si rivendica : I. L’idea dell’unione della punta da trapano e del maschio in un unico utensile. II. Il sistema di connessione dei canali elicoidali della punta con quelli del maschio per entrambi i modelli.
