Description

SINGLE-DOSE DISPENSER FOR RECTAL USE

The device consists of two types of disposable elements, one single and one in splint of three separable pieces at the time of use, made of PE (Polyethylene 3 and PP (Polypropylene).

1) the tube containing the product to be dispensed including the dispensing cannula;

2) the cannula cover equipped with security seal and support foot to facilitate, once coupled with the container, the filling operation. ·

DIMENSIONS

- The diameter of the cannula varies between 7.8 and 6.2mm, that of the cannula cover varies between 10.0 and 8, Omm; the length of the container is 40mm, the length of the cannula is 39mm and the overall length of the container and cannula cover is 87.5mm; the useful capacity will vary according to the welding point of the container, from 1,5cc to 5cc.

FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS:

A- INTEGRITY of the product ensured by the guarantee seal: detail visible on TAV1-FIG1; TAV3-FIG1; TAV4-FIG2; TAV5-FIG2; TAV6-FIG1.

B- DETACHMENT of the cannula cover from the guarantee seal by bending it with respect to the cannula.

C- PRE-LUBRICATION of the cannula before detaching the cannula cover from the guarantee seal by means of a slight compression of the container sufficient to guarantee a film of product over the entire cannula.

D- DELIVERY:

1) CONTAINER FOR MICRO-ENCLISM USE: through the terminal hole of the container.

2) FOR ANTI-HEMORROIDARY PRODUCT: through the terminal hole and eight other holes on the cannula which ensure DESCRIPTION OF THE DETAILS

In fact, there are bellows containers on which a cannula is mounted by screwing, interlocking or welding; the realization of a single-body container, such as the one in question, guarantees a perfect seal without any possibility that any and every leak may occur. V. single-dose dispenser which can be made single or in a plate of three containers TAV.l fig.l, fig.2 (open parts), TAV.2 fig.2 (closed detail) according to requirements; the advantage of the three-piece plate is however evident if you want to reduce production, filling and packaging costs; moreover, the plate with three containers is equipped with a support feet TAV.l fig. 2 which ensure good stability and smoothness during the filling phase.
