La presente invenzione si inquadra nel settore dei serramenti di sicurezza e, più in particolare in quello delle grate installate allo scopo di impedire l’accesso non autorizzato all’interno di abitazioni o edifici in genere, attraverso le porte o le finestre. The present invention is part of the security door and window sector and, more specifically, that of the grates installed in order to prevent unauthorized access inside homes or buildings in general, through doors or windows.

Come è noto, per proteggere le abitazioni o gli esercizi commerciali da accessi non autorizzati si utilizzano grate o inferriate metalliche. Sono queste normalmente di diversi tipi, quelle più semplici sono fisse e si utilizzano per la protezione di aperture che non prevedono il passaggio di persone. As is known, metal gratings or grates are used to protect homes or businesses from unauthorized access. These are normally of different types, the simpler ones are fixed and are used for the protection of openings that do not provide for the passage of people.

Mentre per la protezione di aperture che prevedono il passaggio di persone o cose, si utilizzano modelli ad una o più ante, ovvero del tipo scorrevole. Sono altresì note grate che prevedono che tutti gli elementi costituenti la grata possano essere impacchettati all’interno del cassonetto, che normalmente è utilizzato per il riavvolgimento degli avvolgibili. Più in particolare dette grate sono caratterizzate dal fatto che le barre trasversali presentano all’estremità una coppia di rulli che si impegnano nelle guide laterali, quest’ultime in prossimità della loro estremità superiore si incurvano sdoppiandosi in due tratti paralleli la cui distanza corrisponde alla dimensione longitudinale delle barre trasversali, ne consegue che in posizione di chiusura le barre trasversali medesime si impacchettano sui tratti terminali delle guide. Scopo della presente invenzione è quello di fornire una grata di sicurezza del tipo a scomparsa dotato di una meccanica di tipo semplice e, pertanto, più economica rispetto a quelle utilizzate nelle grate dello stesso tipo note. Detti scopi sono raggiunti da una grata di sicurezza a scomparsa la quale presenta il vantaggio di non necessitare di rulli posizionati all’estremità delle barre verticali allo scopo di consentire lo scorrimento delle barre medesime all’interno delle guide. These purposes are achieved by a retractable safety grate which has the advantage of not requiring rollers positioned at the end of the vertical bars in order to allow the sliding of the bars themselves inside the guides.

Un ulteriore vantaggio consiste nel fatto che le guide di scorrimento delle barre trasversali possono essere di tipo noto con sezione a U e, pertanto facilmente reperibili sul mercato con conseguente abbattimento dei costi di fabbricazione. A further advantage consists in the fact that the sliding guides of the transverse bars can be of a known type with a U-section and, therefore, are easily available on the market with a consequent reduction in manufacturing costs.

Infine, un ulteriore vantaggio consiste nel fatto che per il sollevamento e conseguente impacchettamento, la grata non necessita di nessun cinematismo del tipo pignone-catena o puleggiacinghia. Con riferimento alle figure, la grata di sicurezza si compone di una serie di barre parallele trasversali 1 tra loro articolate, le cui estremità scorrono all’interno di una coppia di binari 4 disposte, verticalmente, su due lati opposti dell’apertura da proteggere. Claims

CLAIMS 1) "Retractable safety grille", comprising a series of parallel transverse bars (1), articulated to each other by means of a rectangular plate (2), whose ends (1a) slide inside a pair of tracks (4 ) arranged on two opposite sides of the opening to be protected, characterized in that the opening and closing movement takes place through the action of two discs (5) engaged at the ends of a winder roller (7), each of which has three or more grooves (6) similar in shape to that of the half-section of the bars (1), and by the fact that the distance between one groove (6) and the other is equal to the distance between a bar (1) and the other.

2) Safety grating according to claim one, characterized in that the transverse bars (1) are connected to each other, at their ends, by means of plates (2) engaged thereto by means of a screw or other suitable means.

3) Safety grating as per the preceding claims, characterized in that inside the box C on each of the two opposite sides there is an upper guide (8) and a lower guide (9) between which the transversal bars ( 1) when released from the disc (5).

4) Grating as per the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the cross bars (1) fall by gravity inside the box C automatically pack on its base.

5) Grating referred to in the preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the first upper crossbar (1) has an appendix, of any shape and size, suitable for determining an imbalance with respect to the subsequent crossbar (1).
