Abstract
L'innovazione in oggetto propone un sistema di richiusura realizzato direttamente con la busta, ed in opportuni materiali che non abbiano a deteriorarsi, esaurirsi o "devitalizzarsi" con l'uso.La peculiarità del presente trovato consiste nel fatto che tale sistema di richiusura è di tipo a pressione non adesivo, ed è operativo dopo aver praticato una o più ripiegature del lato preventivamente aperto della busta stessa, in modo che possa essere mantenuta in questa posizione sostanzialmente ermetica. Il dispositivo che consente tali prestazioni è costituito da sistema di aggancio maschio-femmina, in cui i singoli componenti sono posti su facce non direttamente contrapposte, in modo che il loro accoppiamento presupponga un preventivo ripiegamento della confezione.Nell'esempio in parola, e secondo una realizzazione preferenziale, il sistema di fissaggio è costituito da "minigrip" o similari comprendenti un elemento lineare maschio (2), con conformazione prominente a cordolo, ed un elemento lineare femmina (3), costituito da una fascia concava atta ad accoppiarsi, con semplice pressione al suddetto elemento maschio (2). Il sistema "minigrip" può essere sostituito da strisce in "velcro" o similari, aventi la stessa funzione.The innovation in question proposes a reclosing system made directly with the bag, and in suitable materials that do not deteriorate, run out or "devitalize" with use. In the example in question, and according to a preferential embodiment, the fixing system consists of "minigrips" or the like comprising a male linear element (2), with a prominent curb shape, and a female linear element (3), consisting of a concave band suitable for coupling, with simple pressure on the aforementioned male element (2). The "minigrip" system can be replaced by "velcro" strips or similar, having the same function.
