Claims

CLAIMS 1. Box for containing bottles, which includes: - a back wall (2); - a perimeter wall (3), which rises from the bottom wall (2) up to a passage opening (4) for bottles and bounded by a rectangular edge (41), said perimeter wall (3) comprising a front wall (31), a rear wall (32) opposed to said front wall (31) and two side walls (33) for connection between said front wall (31) and said rear wall (32); - at least a first closing lid (5), which develops with a first fold (51) starting from a first side (42) of said rectangular edge (41) in correspondence with said rear wall (32) and is susceptible to at least partially cover said passage opening (4); - at least one folding wing (6), developing with a second fold (61) starting from a second side (43) of said rectangular edge (41); said box being characterized by the fact that it comprises: - a first hooking element (7) which is associated with said first closing cover (5) and is delimited by a weakening line (71); - a second hooking element (8), which is associated with said front wall (31) or with said at least one folding wing (6); said first coupling element (7) being capable of being mechanically coupled with non-return engagement to said second coupling element (8) to achieve a first closure of the passage opening (4) of said box by means of said first closing cover (5).

Box according to claim 1, characterized in that said first coupling element (7) comprises at least one removable flap (72), which extends with a third fold (73) starting from a front edge (54 ') of said first closing cover (5), opposite the first fold (51) of said first closing cover (5), and is equipped with at least one hooking tooth (74), which can be mechanically hooked to said second hooking element (8).

Box according to claim 2, characterized in that said second coupling element (8) comprises at least a first through slot (81) substantially rectilinear; the removable flap (72) of said first coupling element (7) being intended to be inserted by crossing said first through slot (81) in said first closure with said coupling tooth (74) which is positioned in engagement beyond said first through slot (81).

Box according to claim 3, characterized in that said at least one folding wing (6) comprises at least one front wing (6 '), developing with a front fold (61') starting from a front side (43 ' ) of said rectangular edge (41), in correspondence with said front wall (31); the first through slot (81) of said second coupling element (8) being made in correspondence with said front fold (61 ').

Box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said first closing lid (5) is provided with a fourth fold (53), which is arranged substantially parallel to said first fold (51) and divides said first closing cover (5) in: - a first portion (55) extending between said first fold (51) and said fourth fold (53), which first portion (55) can be arranged to close said passage opening (4); - a second portion (56) extending between said fourth fold (53) and the edge front (54 ') of said first closing cover (5), which second portion (56) can be arranged parallel to said front wall (31).

Box according to claims 3 and 5, characterized in that: - the removable flap (72) of said first coupling element (7) extends from the front edge (54 ') of the second portion (56) of said first closing cover (5); - the first through slot (81) of said second hooking element (8) is made on the front wall (31) of said perimeter wall (3).

Box according to claim 6, characterized in that the first through slot (81) of said second coupling element (8) is made at a lower edge of said front wall (31) interposed between said front wall (31) ) and said bottom wall (2); the second portion (56) of said first closing lid (5) being capable of being placed to substantially cover the entire said front wall (31).

Box according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises: - a second closing lid (5 '), developing with a fifth fold (51') starting from a front side (43 ') of said rectangular edge (41) opposite to said first side (42), said first and second closing lid (5, 5 ') being each capable of covering each substantially half of said passage opening (4); - two side wings (6 '') of said at least one folding wing (6), called side wings (6 '') developing with lateral folds (61 '') from two second opposite sides (43) of said rectangular edge (41) in correspondence with said side walls (33) and being capable of being arranged at least partially to cover said opening of passage (4); said first hooking element (7) comprising two said removable flaps (72), each of which developing with said third fold (73) starting from the front edge (54 ') of one of said first and second closing cover (5, 5 '); said second coupling element (8) comprising two said first through slits (81), each of which is made on a corresponding one of said two lateral wings (6 ''), in which first through slits (81) being capable of being inserted said removable flaps (72) in said first closure.

Box according to claims 2 and 8, characterized in that each said first through slit (81) is shaped in the shape of a T and is equipped with: - a first section (83) which extends starting from a free edge of said side wing (6 '') and is aligned with the first section (83) of the first through slot (81) made on the opposite side of said side wing ( 61 ''); - a second section (84) which develops from said first section (83) and is arranged substantially perpendicular to the latter; the hooking teeth (74) of said first hooking element (7) being able to develop starting from said removable flap (72) with a sixth fold (77), along which they are intended to be folded perpendicularly to said removable flap (72) to be inserted by crossing the second section (84) of a corresponding one of said two first through slits (81).

Box according to claim 5, characterized in that: - said first coupling element (7) is arranged in the second portion (56) of said first closing lid (5) and is capable of protruding towards the outside of said box; - said a second coupling element (8) is arranged in correspondence with said one front wall (31); the second portion (56) of said first closure cover (5) being capable of being inserted inside said box to bring said first coupling element (7) to engage with said second coupling element (8) in said first closure.

Box according to claim 10, characterized in that: - said first coupling element (7) is made in the form of a first tab (9) protruding towards the outside of said box; - said second coupling element (8) is made in the form of a second tab (10) protruding towards the inside of said box; in said first closure, the free end of each said first and second tab (9, 10) being capable of being inserted into the concavity defined by the opposite tab, making a shape engagement with the latter.

Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first hooking element (7) is intended to be removed from said first closing cover (5) along said weakening line (71) to make a first opening of said box; said box being provided with an opening mark (11) disposed in a region of said box, which is capable of being covered by said first coupling element (7) in said first closure, and of being discovered by the removal of said first hooking element (7) in said first opening.

13. Box according to any one of claims 2 to 12, characterized in that the weakening line (71) of said first hooking element (7) is made substantially in correspondence with the third fold (73) of the removable flap (72) of said first hooking element (7).

Box according to any one of claims 2 to 12, characterized by the fact that the weakening line (71) of said first hooking element (7) extends along said first closing cover (5), at least partially surrounding said first hooking element (7).

15. Box according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises: - at least a first closing element (17) developing from said first closing cover (5); - at least a second reclosing element (18) to which said first reclosing element (17) is capable of engaging in order to carry out a reclosure of said box following said first closure and said first opening.

Box according to claims 4 and 15, characterized in that: - said first reclosing element (17) comprises at least a folding flap (171) extending from the front edge (54 ') of said first closing lid (5); - said second reclosing element (18) comprises at least a second through slit (181) made in correspondence with the front fold (61 ') of said front wing (6') and is capable of being crossed by the folding flap (171) of said first reclosing element (17) in said reclosing.

17. Box according to claims 4 and 15, characterized in that: - said first reclosing element (17) comprises at least one folding flap (171) obtained starting from said first closing lid (5) by means of a notch made in a substantially central position in said first closing lid (5); - said second reclosing element (18) comprises at least a second through slot (181) made in a substantially central position in said front wing (6 ') and is capable of being crossed by the folding flap (171) of said first reclosing element (17) in said reclosing.

Box according to claims 5 and 15, characterized in that: - said first reclosing element (17) coincides with the second portion (56) of said first closing lid (5); - said second reclosing element (18) coincides with a front side (43 ') of said rectangular edge (41), opposite the first side (42) of said rectangular edge (41); said first reclosing element (17) being capable of being inserted inside said box in said reclosing.

Box according to claims 5 and 15, characterized in that: - said first reclosing element (17) is obtained starting from the second portion (56) of said first closing lid (5) by means of said weakening line (71); - said second reclosing element (18) comprises at least a second through slot (181) made in a substantially central position in said front wall (31) and is capable of being crossed by said first reclosing element (17) in said reclosing.

20. Box according to claims 8 and 15, characterized in that: - said first reclosing element (17) includes at least two second folding flaps (171), each of which develops from the front edge (54 ') of the corresponding said first or second closing lid (5, 5'); - said second reclosing element (18) comprises at least two second through slits (181), which are made on said two side wings (6 '') and are capable of being crossed by the second folding flaps (171) of said first element of reclosure (17) in said reclosure.
