7) Assembly according to claim 6, wherein said at least one coupling seat (S1, S2) of the crosspiece (1) comprises a second groove (S2) in proximity to a fourth face (14) of the crosspiece (1), opposite the third face (13); said gasket (3) comprising a second end section (A2) inserted inside said second groove (S2).

8) Group (G) according to claim 6 or 7, wherein said groove (S2) has a narrow mouth and said end portion (A2) of the gasket (3) has a pawl (33) inserted through said narrow mouth , inside said groove (S2).
