Attualmente sono note macchine per il taglio di erba od altro costituite da un disco metallico con taglienti in grado di ruotare ad alta velocità poiché dotate di motore collegato al disco. L’attrezzo agricolo a traino per il taglio di polloni è costituito da almeno un disco da taglio 1 avente, sullo stesso asse di rotazione di ciascun disco da taglio 1 e per ciascun disco da taglio 1, almeno un disco di protezione 2, di diametro superiore rispetto al diametro del disco da taglio 1, con il disco di protezione 2 dotato di cavità 3 e di risalti 4, dove un pollone, posto nell’avanzamento dell’attrezzo in una cavità 3, viene tagliato dal sottostante disco 1 in rotazione, Il disco di protezione 2 è libero di ruotare, mentre i dischi da taglio 1 sono posti in rotazione da motore 5 collegato ai dischi da taglio 1 tramite trasmissione 6. Sullo stesso albero su cui sono alloggiati il disco di protezione 2 ed il disco di taglio 1 sono presenti, inoltre, dischi di chiusura 12 aventi la funzione di preservare i dischi di taglio 1 da urti con il terreno. In fase di funzionamento almeno un attrezzo agricolo per il taglio di polloni viene fissato ad un trattore tramite alloggiamento 9 e con il fissaggio della molla a gas nel foro 10. Si procede quindi all’attivazione del motore 5 e si avanza con il trattore tra le piante per il taglio dei polloni e di erba o di altre piante infestanti. Il trovato ha, quindi, il vantaggio di poter tagliare erba e polloni fino alla pianta, poiché il disco da taglio 1 non arriva mai in contatto con la pianta essendo di diametro con misura inferire al diametro del disco di protezione 2, mentre all'interno della cavità 3 possono entrare solo polloni o fasci di erba. Detto disco di protezione 2, essendo libero di girare a velocità angolare indipendente dal disco di taglio 1, ha la possibilità di posizionare la cavità 3 in corrispondenza dei polloni presenti sul suo percorso, di trattenerli nella fase di taglio e di espellerli a velocità moderate. Anche con l’erba tagliata succede la stessa cosa, mantenendola in prossimità del taglio effettuato, mantenendo nelle cavità 3 i ciuffi di erba tagliati dal sottostante disco di taglio 1 prima di espellerli a velocità moderata. Nell’avanzamento la molla di richiamo impedisce alla struttura portante 7 ed ai dischi di protezione 2 e da taglio 1 di insistere nell’urto contro piante od altri ostacoli. In altra forma di realizzazione il trovato viene realizzato con un singolo disco da taglio 1, ovvero realizzando un decespugliatore, con un disco di protezione 2 con le cavità 3 ed i risalti 4 che impediscono anche in questo caso di procurare danni alle piante e di espellere violentemente quando tagliato. Il trovato è suscettibile di numerose modifiche e varianti tutte rientranti nellambito del concetto inventivo. Tutti i particolari tecnici possono essere sostituiti da altri tecnicamente equivalenti senza per questo uscire dal campo di protezione sancito dalle rivendicazioni. The invention therefore has the advantage of being able to cut grass and suckers up to the plant, since the cutting disc 1 never comes into contact with the plant, being of a diameter inferior to the diameter of the protection disc 2, while inside of cavity 3 only suckers or bundles of grass can enter. Said protection disk 2, being free to rotate at angular speed independent of the cutting disk 1, has the possibility of positioning the cavity 3 in correspondence with the suckers present on its path, of retaining them in the cutting phase and of expelling them at moderate speeds.
