La presente invenzione è relativa ad un pacchetto rigido di articoli da fumo. In particolare, la presente invenzione è relativa ad un pacchetto di articoli da fumo i quali sono composti da due o più spezzoni separabili. Con riferimento al documento EP 0653363, risulta noto un pacchetto rigido di articoli da fumo per il contenimento di detti articoli da fumo composti da due spezzoni separabili. Con riferimento alle figure allegate, è stato indicato genericamente con il riferimento numerico 1 un pacchetto rigido di articoli da fumo oggetto della presente invenzione. Con la terminologia “articoli da fumo” si intende un qualsiasi articolo dell’industria del tabacco, come sigarette tradizionali, sigarette di tipo heat-not-burn (HNB), articoli di materiale filtrante. Package (1) according to claim 2 and claim 10, wherein: the group of smoking articles (2) has a smaller width than the width of the container (3); the frame (10) comprises a front wall (11) which is opposite the front wall (32) of the container (3), an upper wall (16) which extends from the front wall (11) and which is opposite the bottom wall (31) of the container (3), at least one side wall (12) which extends from the front wall (11) and which is opposed to a first side (34) of the container (3), at least one spacer element (15) for defining a pocket inside the container (3) for housing the group of smoking articles (2), which pocket has a width equal to the width of the group of smoking articles (2); the supporting wall (71) extends from the upper wall (16) of the frame (10) and the containment wall (70) being obtained from the upper wall (16) of the frame (10).
