La presente invenzione propone una placca di fissaggio per osteosintesi di costole rotte per facilitare il consolidamento osseo in riparazione di una frattura o fessurazione di costole assicurando una stabilizzazione della costola al fine di ridurre il tempo di ricostruzione ossea e cicatrizzazione nel paziente. Con riferimento alle Fig. 1 e 2 la placca di fissaggio (1) per osteosintesi di costole umane è composta da una parte rettangolare piana (2), quattro fori (3) per viti di fissaggio (5), quattro uncini flessibili (4). Ciascun uncino flessibile (4) è costruito con un angolo di 90 gradi rispetto alla parte rettangolare piana (2) della placca ed è realizzato con estremità flessibili in maniera tale che gli uncini possono essere piegati da una forbice (9) a due dita sagomate (10) per avvolgere il volume osseo del segmento di costola da stabilizzare.
