Abstract

A method for the production of thermoplastic bags comprising at least one housing for an annular string includes supplying filiform elements made of weldable material to the continuous thermoplastic film in order to form the strings, wherein the transverse welds and cuts of the film are formed so as not to involve in the welding the region of the strings, and wherein after the separation, known per se, between the bags under production by means of accelerated sliding with respect to the filiform elements. The filiform elements are welded to one another in pairs and cut in the welding regions to form annular strings.
