The present device comprises a tubular element (1) made of flexible plastic provided with one or more outlets (1, 2, 3). One end (11) is provided with a universal coupling (12) for injection needles (4), while the second end (21) is provided with a injection syringe coupling (5). Finally, the third end is provided with a hollow needle (32) with a protecting rubber cap (33).The coupling for the injection needle is provided with flaps (12) that are distanced from the coupling side to prevent the needle from moving inside the vein. Coupling (22) for withdrawing syringe is provided with at least one diaphragm (23) made of punctable rubber that close automatically as said syringe is removed.Needle (32) must be set in a rubber cap of a vacuum test tube (6) to collect blood.
