Abstract
Il dispositivo è costituito da una struttura fissa, e cioè non rotante sotto l'azione del vento, composta da moduli assemblabili all'intorno dell'asse di un rotore eolico, ognuno costituito da più diaframmi 1 disposti radialmente in modo tale da convogliare sulle pale 3 del rotore centrale tutta la massa aeriforme corrispondente allo steradiante 4 individuato dalla superficie esterna di imbocco, lungo una direzione inclinata nel verso di rotazione della turbina, senza incidenza sulla sua parte negativa.
