Abstract

The mfg. machine has an input feedbox (3) with two outputs (6) located at a loading station (5) for successively feeding gps. of cigarettes directly into folding spindles (16) on a continuously rotating wrapping wheel (4). The spindles are divided into gps. (13) each presenting several spindles equal to the number of feedbox outputs. The spindles in each gp. are activated by devices moving with the wrapping wheel, presenting spindle supporting elements oscillating differently w.r.t. the wrapping wheel by virtue of the cam devices.
