Abstract
An improved feed device for dispensers of drinks comprises a plurality of drums 12a-d located below delivery columns, in their vicinity, or at a distance, all connected to a delivery pipe 18 for a drinks propulsion gas, such as CO2, through solenoid valves 16a- d which are actuated in succession one at a time when you select one of the drums 12a-d and also connected through one-way or check valves 22a-d to an intermediate tank 28 provided with an input pipe 26, a level detector 46, take- off pipes 42, 44 and a vent pipe 38 controlled by a solenoid valve 34 and possibly a flow regulator valve 36, the vent pipe 38 flowing into a recipient 40 for collecting any foam for elimination. An electronic unit 60 for controlling this device monitors the level situation of the drinks in the intermediate tank 28 and automatically disconnects empty drums and connects full drums while also providing for warnings, alarms and interlocks with several delivery columns in particular situations which may arise in the same delivery columns. <IMAGE>
