Abstract

Una composizione plastisol di resina acrilica che forma rivestimenti oppure articoli stampati aventi eccellenti caratteristiche antiscorrimento. La composizione plastisol mantiene una eccellente fluidità richiesta per il rivestimento e lo stampaggio anche dopo una conservazione per prolungati periodi di tempo e inoltre presenta eccellenti caratteristiche di formazione di gel all'atto del riscaldamento, consentendo che il rivestimento ottenuto oppure l'articolo stampato ottenuto presenti una eccellente resistenza nei confronti del cedimento sotto carico. La composizione plastisol comprende un mezzo disperdente costituito principalmente da un plastificante e grani di resina acrilica dispersi in detto mezzo disperdente, in cui detti grani di resina acrilica hanno un gruppo carbossilico, un gruppo ossidrilico, un gruppo epossidico, un gruppo metilolico e un gruppo metilolico eterificato e detto mezzo disperdente contiene un agente reticolante che è reattivo nei confronti di detto gruppo funzionale in uno stato che è almeno parzialmente solubilizzato in detto mezzo disperdente.
