Abstract
Procedimento per la produzione di un nucleotide 5', che consiste nel mantenere una sospensione di nucleoside in un solvente organico ad una temperatura non inferiore a circa 20°C e nel sottoporre quindi la sospensione risultante ad una fosforilazione dei nucleosidi.Secondo la presente invenzione, un nucleotide 5' può essere prodotto da un nucleoside con elevata purezza ed elevata resa in un tempo di reazione abbreviato, e la rimozione delle impurezze nel processo di purificazione del nucleotide viene effettuata facilmente.
