Il dispositivo di comando per maniglie prevede i mezzi di movimentazione (6), i quali costituiscono il corpo maniglia, indipendenti dall'impugnatura (5), e stabilmente alloggiabili all'interno di una tubolarità (2) di un profilo (1); i mezzi (6) sono costituiti da una ruota dentata (7) parziale, ruotabilmente inserita all'interno di un corpo scatolare (8) presentante una propria superficie aperta (8a), e presentante, la ruota (7), una sede centrale (9) di collegamento dall'esterno con l'impugnatura (5); la ruota dentata (7) parziale é ingranata con una relativa cremagliera (10) presentata da un'asta (11) disposta scorrevolmente sulla base (8b) del corpo scatolare (8) e dotata, alle proprie estremità, di relativi mezzi (12) di collegamento con elementi di manovra (3) per l'apertura e chiusura di un'anta.
