Abstract

Il processo comporta le fasi successive seguenti: a) introduzione del rivestimento (11) teso tra le matrici maschio e (4) e femmina (1) di uno stampo di termoformatura sotto pressione aperta di cui le impronte (2), (5) riproducono la forma dell'articolo da produrre; b) preformatura del rivestimento (11) almeno nelle zone (3) fortemente deformate per applicazione forzata contro almeno una parte di una delle impronte (2), (5) che riproducono la forma dell'articolo da produrre; c) introduzione del foglio di supporto (13) preriscaldato tra le impronte (2), (5) dello stampo aperto; d) chiusura dello stampo per assicurare l'associazione tra il foglio di supporto (13) ed il rivestimento decorativo (11) preformato e stampa definitiva dell'articolo da produrre.
