Abstract

Procedimento perfezionato per la produzione di melammina ad elevata purezza, proveniente dalla conversione di urea, in cui la purificazione avviene in due distinte fasi di cristallizzazione, primaria e finale, di cui la prima consiste nella produzione di cristalli grezzi, che vengono lavati con acque madri provenienti dalla cristallizzazione finale e sottoposte ad uno specifico trattamento di purificazione. e la seconda prevede la dissoluzione dei detti cristalli con acque madri di riciclo, provenienti dalla fase di centrifugazione finale, la loro ricristallizzazione previa filtrazione ed una centrifugazione finale con lavaggio dei cristalli con acqua demineralizzata.
