Abstract

Nella produzione di tubi metallici saldati longitudinalmente, l'invenzione consente di sfruttare in modo completo le possibilità offerte della tecnica di spostare su piastre opportunamente inserite alle estremità del tubo le difettosità di saldatura che normalmente si riscontrano in corrispondenza di tali estremità.Quanto sopra viene ottenuto utilizzando piastre dello stesso spessore del tubo e dotandole dello stesso cianfrino, indipendentemente dal fatto che esse possano essere montate non perfettamente allineate alle pareti del tubo.
