Abstract

Metodo e dispositivo per mantenere occupata una linea dalla quale una parte si è disinserita e fornire un'indicazione all'altra parte che la prima parte ha appeso. L'invenzione opera ricevendo una chiamata in un ufficio telefonico di commutazione da un primo utente su una linea in arrivo destinata ad un secondo utente, memorizzando un segnale di indicazione indicante che la chiamata è stata ricevuta; se il primo utente ha appeso, accedendo al segnale di indicazione e, come risultato, inviando al secondo utente un segnale indicativo che il primo utente ha appeso. Tali sistemi sono utili nei sistemi che trattano chiamate di pronto intervento quali i sistemi di emergenza che rispondono al numero 911.
