Abstract

La presente invenzione si riferisce al processo per ottenere da cellule infettate con un baculovirus ricombinante il polipeptide chiamato Osteogenic Protein (OP-1) di origine umana, e più precisamente al processo per ottenere, mediante la tecnologia del DNA ricombinante, un costrutto genetico inseribile in linee cellulari di Spodoptera Frugiperda, cellule di insetto che una volta infettate produrranno la forma matura biologicamente attiva di OP-1.
