Abstract

Dispositivo per l'impregnazione di fogli di resina espansa elastica con sostanze termoplastiche.In particolare tali fogli, causa la loro particolare struttura molecolare, una volta impregnati di bitume ed adeguatamente compressi, lo trattengono garantendo una buona impermeabilizzazione. Per tali motivi essi trovano una buona applicazione nel settore edile. In particolare il dispositivo prevede mezzi di trascinamento e guida del foglio di resina espansa, una tramoggia alimentata con bitume e due rulli di calandratura. I rulli di calandratura sono riscaldati e presentano rispettivamente una superficie esterna con una conformazione a reticolo ed una superficie esterna rivestita in materiale elastomero resistente alle alte temperature (Figura 1).Device for impregnating sheets of elastic expanded resin with thermoplastic substances. The calendering rollers are heated and have respectively an external surface with a lattice shape and an external surface coated in high temperature resistant elastomer material (Figure 1).
