Metodo di impressione su sfoglie commestibili, particolarmente per ottenere pellets multiforme nelle linee In continuo per la produzione di snacks e prodotto così ottenuto, prevedendo il fatto che un composto semilavorato e monte di una stazione intermedia per un ciclo di formatura dei pellets proviene da almeno una linea di alimentazione in cui lungo il relativo percorso si prevede, essendo operanti in sincronia:- dei rulli di calibratura,- ed almeno dei successivi rulli formatori accoppiati con matrici di simmetriche;detti rulli disponendo lo strato di sfoglia preformata complanare ad una linea di avanzamento verso una stazione successiva.
