Abstract

Combinable modular unit structures comprising the combination of a supporting grid-shaped frame constructed from modular metal sections anchored to the load-bearing framework and/or the walls of a building with a set of likewise modular filling panels which are mutually secured along the edges and anchored to the said grid- shaped frame by means of a watertight seal joint having a T-shaped cross-section so as to form a continuous surface covering the entire load-bearing frame and/or the pre- existing masonry of the building which has to be clad. The crossmembers of the grid-shaped frame are fixed to the uprights by means of quick-fit members without using screws or bolts. <IMAGE>
