Abstract
Metodo per la produzione di olio da frutti a nocciolo che comprende le seguenti fasi:- trattamento del grappolo per ottenere un frutto lavorabile - separazione del nocciolo dalla polpa del frutto - invio della sola polpa al ciclo di spremitura - invio del solo nocciolo ad un ciclo di spremitura separato - eventuale chiarificazione della fase oleosa prima dell'immagazzinamento e/o della fase acquosa;e relativa macchina per denocciolare frutti a nocciolo e sgusciare la relativa mandorla comprendente almeno tre elementi coassiali ciascuno comandabile a velocità differente da quella degli altri, costituiti da un tamburo ruotante (1, 101) avente una pluralità di aperture (2, 102), da una serie di lamine battitrici (9) ad andamento inclinato e da un alimentatore a coclea coassiale (10), la struttura di sostegno dei detti elementi essendo munita di una apertura di uscita (7) della polpa in corrispondenza della superficie forata del detto tamburo e di un'apertura di uscita (8) del nocciolo alla estremità del tamburo stesso opposta a quella di alimentazione.
