Abstract

Oggetto dell'invenzione è un sintetizzatore N-frazionale con accumulatore in configurazione latch avente un ridotto errore residuo, per l'impiego in ricetrasmettitori radio digitali. Il divisore del partitore di frequenza (103) del sintetizzatore viene fatto variare con il tempo attraverso la somma delle sequenze digitali di uscita di riporto dell'accumulatore, le quali comportano incrementi di frequenza uguali ad una frazione della frequenza di riferimento. Gli accumulatori (615, 617) sono collegati in latch in modo tale che, a seguito del verificarsi di un impulso di clock, i dati vengano trasferiti attraverso ciascun accumulatore un passo di impulso di clock alla volta, in modo tale che il ritardo attraverso il sistema sia uguale a quello soltanto di un accumulatore. L'uscita in latch dell'accumulatore (619) al secondo posto in ordine di altezza, viene sottratta dall'uscita in latch dell'accumulatore di ordine massimo (621) e differenziata prima di essere applicata al filtro di maglia o di anello (loop) (109).
