Abstract

Il procedimento comprende una prima fase con la quale un organo premilamiera (1) viene portato a contatto della lamiera (2), una seconda fase per alimentare attraverso un primo circuito idraulico un fluido in pressione nella cavità (4) di una matrice (3) ed al di sotto della lamiera ed una terza fase durante la quale un punzone (7) viene spostato verso la lamiera per deformarla plasticamente per l'azione combinata delle pressioni generate dal punzone e dal fluido. In base all'invenzione sulla superficie superiore (9) di almeno una porzione (10) della lamiera viene fatto agire un secondo fluido in pressione alimentato da un secondo circuito idraulico, al fine di equilibrare le pressioni agenti sulla superficie Inferiore (11) di detta porzione mentre il punzone viene spostato verso la lamiera.
