Abstract
Il variatore continuo di velocità oggetto della presente invenzione può essere usato in tutte quelle applicazioni (autoveicoli, motoveicoli, biciclette, macchine industriali, macchine utensili ecc.) in cui ci sia una trasmissione meccanica che richieda più di un rapporto tra il numero di giri dell'organo conduttore e quello dell'organo condotto. E' un variatore semplice, economico e robusto costruttivamente. E' costituito essenzialmente: - da un albero principale con pignone motore, da una ruota dentata satellite in grado di oscillare e spostarsi lateralmente mantenendo l'ingrandimento con il pignone, da un albero secondario con cono di ruote dentate a gradini per i vari rapporti. La sua peculiarità sta nella capacità della ruota dentata satellite di passare da una all'altra delle ruote dentate del cono a gradini, per cambiare rapporto, con continuità come in un classico variatore continuo. Non ha limitazioni nella potenza trasmissibile, ha un alto rendimento con ogni rapporto a qualsiasi regime di rotazione, è per sua natura semiautomatico ed è automatizzabile.The continuous speed variator object of the present invention can be used in all those applications (motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, industrial machines, machine tools, etc.) where there is a mechanical transmission that requires more than a ratio between the number of revolutions of the conductor and that of the driven organ. It is a simple, cheap and constructively variator. It essentially consists of: - a main shaft with motor pinion, a satellite toothed wheel capable of oscillating and moving laterally while maintaining magnification with the pinion, a secondary shaft with stepped gear wheel cone for the various ratios. Its peculiarity lies in the ability of the satellite toothed wheel to pass from one of the toothed wheels of the stepped cone to another, to change ratio, as continuously as in a classic continuous variator. It has no limitations in transmissible power, has a high efficiency with any ratio at any rotation speed, is semi-automatic in nature and can be automated.
