Abstract

Metodo per la realizzazione di una testa (2) anulare di battistrada senza giunzione, secondo il quale un segmento (23) di un tubo (21) di materiale elastomerico allo stato crudo, ottenuto per estrusione, viene alimentato all'interno di un corpo anulare (8), una cui superficie anulare interna (17) presenta un diametro approssimante per eccesso un diametro esterno del segmento (23) di tubo, e riproduce, in negativo, il disegno della testa (2) di battistrada da produrre; il segmento (23) di tubo venendo espanso e calandrato a contatto della superficie interna (17) del corpo anulare (8) tramite un rullo (34) avanzato in posizione complanare al corpo anulare (8) ed eccentrico rispetto al corpo anulare (8) stesso.(FIGURA 1).
