Abstract

Un tubo (P) viene formato avvolgendo almeno un elemento a nastro (W1_W4) su una gabbia di avvolgimento (2) complessivamente cilindrica formata da due schiere concentriche di rulli (4, 5) i cui assi risultano leggermente inclinati rispetto alle direttrici della gabbia (2). Comandando la rotazione dei rulli (4, 5) l'elemento a nastro (W1_W4) si avvolge in detta gabbia (2) secondo una generale traiettoria elicoidale, con una componente di traslazione assiale lungo la gabbia (2) stessa che porta il tubo (P) a fuoriuscire dalla gabbia (2) attraverso una delle piastre frontali (3b) della stessa a questo fine provvista di un'apertura anulare (12). Sulla superficie esterna del tubo (P), che può avere parete stratificata ed essere costituito da strati sovrapposti di materiale plastico, compreso materiale plastico di riciclaggio, viene applicato un filetto elicoidale, che consente il collegamento fra tronconi successivi di tubo con l'interposizione di una ghiera.(Figura 2).
