Abstract
Viene descritto un nuovo impiego terapeutico come immunosoppressori di derivati fosfolipidici aventi formula generale (I) (FORMULA I) in cui A = H, -(CH2)nOH-(CH2)n -O-CO-R (con n =1,2); B= (FORMULA) con la limitazione che quando A = -(CH2)n-O-CO-R, m = 1, 2; Y = serina o inositolo e in cui i gruppi R, uguali o diversi fra loro, sono radicali di acidi della serie alifatica, aromatica, aralifatica, aliciclica o eterociclica con la condizione che almeno un gruppo R è sempre il radicale di un acido grasso monoinsaturo o poliinsaturo, preferibilmente scelto nel gruppo costituito dall'acido palmitoleico, acido oleico, acido linoleico, acido linoleico, acido arachidonico.
