Abstract

Un contenitore in materiale flessibile (2) con la consistenza di un contenitore rigido, adatto per prodotti sottovuoto e non e/o sterilizzabili, o per il contenimento di prodotti liquidi, comprendente piastre di irrigidimento di copertura (3) e di base (4) e un sistema di piegatura determinante un lembo di piegatura orizzontale (22) e due lembi di piegatura verticali contrapposti (23). In una prima forma di realizzazione, la piastra di copertura (3) presenta un coperchio (6), ad esempio apribile a cerniera, e la piastra di base (4) contiene una camera di espansione (21) comunicante con l'esterno per compensare eventuali variazioni di volume del prodotto all'interno del contenitore (1), all'atto del confezionamento. In un'altra forma di realizzazione del contenitore (1), la piastra di copertura (3) è provvista di un bocchello erogatore (25), e la piastra di base è coniugata alla piastra (3), in modo da consentire l'impilamento dei contenitori (1), internamente a dette piastre (3, 4) essendo previsti mezzi di aggancio irreversibili (29, 30), che tengono assiemate tali piastre a seguito dello schiacciamento assiale del contenitore vuoto.
