Un dispositivo per far turbinare l'aria per un motore a combustione interna comprendente un corpo ed una pluralità di palette con almeno una fessura allungata per impedire di generare la pressione negativa, disposta dietro le palette in modo da migliorare le proprietà della miscela di aria e combustibile e migliorare le prestazioni del motore.
