Abstract
Il generatore di tensione di riferimento comprende un primo generatore di corrente (1) atto a generare una prima corrente (I) variabile linearmente con la tensione di alimentazione, un primo generatore di tensione (T10, T11, R4, R6, T6, T7, I3, T12) atto a generare una prima tensione costante (VBG) con deriva termica nulla, un secondo generatore di corrente (T10, T11, R4, R6, T6, T7, I3, T11, T13, T14, T15, R5) atto a generare una seconda corrente (I1) dipendente da detta tensione (VBG) con deriva termica nulla, un secondo generatore di tensione (T6, T7, T10, T11) atto a generare una seconda tensione (?VBE) con deriva termica prestabilita, un terzo generatore di corrente (T6, T7, T10, T11, T4, T5, T8, T9) atto a generare una terza corrente (I2) dipendente da detta tensione (?VBE) con deriva termica prestabilita e mezzi (5) per combinare tra loro le correnti (I, I1, I2) in modo da produrre ai capi di una resistenza di uscita (R7) una tensione di uscita (Vout) di valore pari al prodotto di detta resistenza di uscita (R7) per dette prima e terza corrente (I, I2), diviso per detta seconda corrente (I1).The reference voltage generator comprises a first current generator (1) adapted to generate a first current (I) which can be linearly variable with the supply voltage, a first voltage generator (T10, T11, R4, R6, T6, T7, I3, T12) capable of generating a first constant voltage (VBG) with zero thermal drift, a second current generator (T10, T11, R4, R6, T6, T7, I3, T11, T13, T14, T15, R5) act to generate a second current (I1) dependent on said voltage (VBG) with zero thermal drift, a second voltage generator (T6, T7, T10, T11) suitable for generating a second voltage (? VBE) with predetermined thermal drift and means (5) for combining between their currents (I, I1, I2) so as to produce at the ends of an output resistance (R7) an output voltage (Vout) of a value equal to the product of said output resistance (R7) for said first and third current (I, I2), divided by said second current (I1).
