Abstract

The present invention relates to a frame structure particularly for fold-up cots which comprises a top frame consisting of a pair of longitudinal members and a pair of cross members which are hinged to corner joints and can be folded in the middle. Corner legs are attached at the said corner joints. The special feature of the invention consists in the fact that it comprises struts which are articulated at one end to the lower end of the said legs and at the other end these struts are connected in pairs to a first and second lower connecting joint respectively. The said lower connecting joints are connected to a central plate by connecting rods, the ends of which are hinged to the said lower connecting joints and to the said central plate respectively. <IMAGE>
