Abstract
Laminates are produced from a film coated with adhesive and a substrate. A pool of water-based adhesive is formed on a pair of horizontal rollers, the film is passed through with the rollers pressed together appropriately for the desired coating, it is passed together with a substrate through a further pair of similar rollers and emerges as the final laminate. Suitable process for laminates of plastics, aluminium/paper etc.; high speed simple prodn.
